Born and raised in Houston, I was always around the best chefs. Learning from my mom I helped her in the kitchen as much as she would let me. In high school I did an internship with the pastry chef at Jean-Georges, Bank, downtown Houston. Went to college for a couple of years with the desire to become a pastry chef. Attended the French Culinary Institute and had another opportunity to work with the head pastry chef at Jean-Georges restaurants in New York. Moved back to Houston, worked for the Grove, and now am wanting to branch out on my own to make my own creations for you.
Operating under the Texas Cottage Food Law, we are a home-based bakery.
